Our Mission
Provide postsecondary workforce preparation, professional and technical training, as well as employment opportunity exposure for young adults residing in the Tampa Bay area's underserved communities-between the ages of 16-25.
Our Staff & Volunteers
GeneratioNOW is comprised of professionals who volunteer their time to ensure the current generation is equipped with the skills and resources needed before entering the workforce. We encourage community involvement and leverage partnerships to increase opportunities for the upcoming generation.
Our History
GeneratioNOW was created to serve teens and young adults in Hillsborough, Pinellas and their surrounding counties. Many organizations give attention to grade school aged kids leaving teens entering adulthood left to navigate life on their own. We saw a need to bridge this gap and create resources and opportunities along with community outreach support.
